Easy Fruit Yogurt Parfaits
Lite vanilla or other fruit-flavored yogurt
Chopped fresh or frozen fruit, any variety (slightly thaw frozen fruit)
Low-fat granola cereal, optional
Fat-free whipped topping
- Purchase yogurt and fruit in appropriate amounts for the group size.
- Layer the yogurt and fresh fruit in cups of small bowls, repeating layers
2 or 3 times.
- Top with a small amount of granola and a dollop of whipped cream.
