Easy Fruit Yogurt Parfaits

Lite vanilla or other fruit-flavored yogurt
Chopped fresh or frozen fruit, any variety (slightly thaw frozen fruit)
Low-fat granola cereal, optional
Fat-free whipped topping

  1. Purchase yogurt and fruit in appropriate amounts for the group size.
  2. Layer the yogurt and fresh fruit in cups of small bowls, repeating layers
    2 or 3 times.
  3. Top with a small amount of granola and a dollop of whipped cream.
