Smoothie        

1 cup plain or vanilla non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
3 tablespoons wheat germ or ground flax
Honey, stevia or sugar substitute, to taste

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Makes 2 servings
