





Super Easy, Super Good Recipe
Salad and Salad Dressing
Salad
2 Romaine hearts
1/4 cup pecans or almonds, chopped
1/4 cup crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
1 red or Bartlett pear, cored and sliced
- Wash and chop Romaine hearts and place in large bowl.
- Toast pecans in microwave for about 1 to 2 minutes or until aromatic.
- Add feta cheese, pear and pecans to salad bowl and toss to combine.
Toss with 2 tablespoons of dressing and serve.
- Makes 4 servings.

Salad Dressing
1/2 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar (original flavor)
1/2 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon DIY seasoning click here for recipe
1 tablespoon honey
- In a small bowl or dressing jar, combine vinegar, oil, DIY and honey to
taste.
- Use on your favorite tossed salad.
- To reduce calories, use 1/4 cup canola oil and 1/4 cup water instead of
1/2 cup canola oil.
