Medicine at Ohio Valley Medical Center
in Wheeling, West Virgina.

He served as a Clinical Research
Assistant at Ohio Valley Allergy Institute
in Wheeling, WV; was on the House
Staff at Kingston Public Hospital in
Kingston, Jamaica and was the
Medical Officer at the Medical College
Hospital in Bellary, India.
Dr. Urval has practiced at Wetzel County Hospital since 1999. He is a member of the American
College of Physicians, American Medical Association and the West Virginia Medical
Association. His additional certficiations include ACLS, USMLE, Step I, Step II and Step III. Dr.
Urval areas of medical speciality and interest includes Geriatric Care and Preventative
Medicine.

As an internists Dr. Urval diagnoses and provides nonsurgical treatment for diseases and
injuries of internal organ systems. He provide care mainly for adults who have a wide range of
problems associated with the internal organs, such as the stomach, kidneys, liver, and
digestive tract. Internists use a variety of diagnostic techniques to treat patients through
medication or hospitalization. Like general practitioners, general internists are commonly
looked upon as primary care specialists.
