Keith A. Poole, D.O. has been a member of the Wetzel
County Hospital Medical Staff since 2002. He received
his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the West
Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999 and
received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from
Bethany College in 1994. Dr. Poole was Cum Laude
Graduate, Honor and Deans List student.
Dr. Poole completed Family Practice Residency at Ohio
Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV in 2002 and
completed his Internal Medicine Residency , also at
Ohio Valley Medical Center in 2000.
Dr. Poole's other activities include serving as a volunteer
at the Brancazio/Change Clinic in Weirton, WV. He also
did research on Utility of Imaging Studies in Patient with
Neuropsychological Manifestations Secondary to
Traumatic Brain Injury with Dr. Ravi Kant at the Allegheny
Neuropsychiatric Institute.
Dr. Poole is a member of the American Osteopathic
Association; American College of Osteopathic Family
Physicians; West Virginia Osteopathic Association;
American Society of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Poole accepts patients 3 years of age and older.
