Your Medicines
When you visit our healthcare facility as a patient, you will need to provide us with a list
of the medicines that you are taking at home.  This list includes all prescription
medicines, over the counter medicines, vitamins and herbal remedies.  You may be
asked for this information several times during the course of your hospital stay so that
we can provide the best care available for your visit.
